Tasting Notes:
Croque Monsieur - We really liked this and loved the presentation with the cornichon on top.
Noodle Kugel - We may want to source one with raisins in it so we will get back to you on this. Also, it could be a bit warmer.
If going with Knishes, ensure they are warmer as well.
Mini quiche - As we discussed, we prefer them without a crust when they are that small. Also should be more creamy and eggy.
Lox and cream cheese - I think we will go with the bagels since that is something iconic that our out-of-town guests might appreciate. Some toasted/some untoasted
Ratatouille - Was excellent, but please add more eggplant.
String beans - Perfect as they were!
Gratin dauphinois - Very good but prefer a bit creamier.
