Policies & Protocol

CATERING, BEVERAGES & RENTALS

Catering is subject to a minimum $2000 order. Leftover foods & beverages belong to the client unless requested otherwise. Custom orders may be subject to additional fees. Alcoholic beverages are safely served for guest 21+.

Rentals must accompany a food or beverage order.

Delivery fee is $100-$500 for events in NYC, based on event size and complexity. COIs are provided upon request.

STAFF

Staffing-only requests are allowed with a 4 staff minimum. [Other than the staffing guidelines below, there is no minimum for staff requests accompanying food or beverage orders.]

Overtime is charged at same rate. Gratuity is optional, but always appreciated for excellent service.

STAFFING GUIDELINES:

• Pouring Wine/Beer: 1 bartender per 75 guests maximum.

• Mixing Cocktails: 1 bartender per 25 guests maximum.

• Passed Service: 1 server for 25 guests maximum.

• Plated Dinner Service: 1 server per table minimum.

• 1 hour set-up and 1 hour of clean-up minimum for event staff.

SALES TAX

NY sales tax (8.875%) is added to applicable services.

PAYMENTS/TERMS

50% deposit is required to secure services. The balance is due upon arrival to the event. Deposits are non-refundable and must be received at least 7 days prior to event date to secure service. In the unlikely event that RSVP is unable to fulfill our contractual obligations, your deposit, or part thereof, will be refunded and/or you will not be billed for the portion of services unfulfilled. Credit Cards and Checks accepted.
