Policies & Protocol

CATERING, BEVERAGES & RENTALS

Catering, Beverage & Rental prices may be subject to a minimum total order. Leftover foods and beverages belong to the client unless requested otherwise. Special requests and events longer than 4 hours may be subject to additional fees.

Delivery fee is $100-$300 for events in NYC, based on event size and complexity. COIs & Permits are typically $100-$150 ea.

STAFF

Staff rates are based on a minimum of 5 hours. Overtime is charged at same rate. 20% gratuity is suggested for excellent service.

Staffing Guidelines:

• Pouring Wine/Beer: 1 bartender per 75 guests maximum.

• Mixing Cocktails: 1 bartender per 40 guests maximum.

• Passed Hors D'oeuvres: 1 server for 25 guests maximum.

• 1 hour set-up and 1 hour of clean-up suggested for event staff.

SALES TAX

NY sales tax (8.875%) is added to applicable services.

PAYMENTS/TERMS

50% deposit is required to secure services. The balance is due upon arrival to your event. Deposits are non-refundable and must be received at least 7 days prior to event date to secure service. In the unlikely event that RSVP is unable to fulfill our contractual obligations, your deposit, or part thereof, will be refunded and/or you will not be billed for the portion of services unfulfilled. Credit Cards and Checks accepted.
